(CBS/AP) LOS ANGELES – A judge wants to know whether Chris Brown is being a good neighbor. On Thursday, Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg ordered prosecutors to get more details about neighborhood complaints about the R&B singer before his next Oct. 12 court hearing. Brown had served 581 hours of community service in Virginia as of January, but needs to complete six months’ worth of community labor to complete the terms of his probation. He recently moved to West Hollywood, Calif., and his attorney Mark Geragos said Brown may ask to complete his service in California. Geragos downplayed the neighbor dispute, saying Brown was not at fault for some of the complaints. MIAMI — The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a nationwide recall on Mibelas 24 Fe birth control tablets, CBS Miami reports. The packages were “rotated 180 degrees within the wallet, reversing the weekly tablet orientation and making the lot number and expiration date no longer visible,” the agency said. The four non-hormonal placebo tablets were incorrectly placed at the beginning of the sequence, 춘천출장마사지 pushing the active tablets back. “As a result of this packaging error, oral contraceptive tablets that are taken out of sequence may place the user at risk for contraceptive failure and unintended pregnancy,” the FDA said. (AP) COLOMBO, Sri Lanka – A man visiting a gem exhibition in Sri Lanka’s capital swallowed a 1.5 carat diamond in front of the owner and was taken by police to a hospital, where an X-ray showed the $13,000 stone inside him. Exhibitor Suresh Wijekoon said the man was behaving suspiciously at his stalls and when he reached closer to the suspect, the man suddenly swallowed the diamond at his hand before Suresh alerted police at the exhibition venue. Chou Wan, a 32-year-old from China, is in custody pending further investigation, police spokesman Ajith Rohana said. An X-ray proved the diamond was inside Chou’s body, said hospital director Dr. Anil Jasinghe at Colombo National, where the suspect was taken for the test. Suresh, owner of Belgrade International Pvt Ltd, said the diamond weighed about 1.5 carats. It was worth $13,636, Rohana said.
