When asked to get out of her car, Rubio allegedly refused, cursed at an officer and said she was nervous and that “all of you Miami cops are abusive.” The officer placed Rubio in handcuffs. Judge Bredy Fabien said the charges against Jason William “Zeke” Petrie and Steven Parker Shaw were dropped because there wasn’t enough evidence to hold them.
