The company has never operated in North Korea

(AP) NEW YORK – The Coca-Cola Co. plans to start selling its drinks in Burma for 베트맨 the first time in 60 years, following the U.S. government’s decision to suspend investment sanctions on the country for its democratic reforms. Burma, also known as Myanmar, is one of three countries where Coca-Cola doesn’t do business. The other two are Cuba and North Korea. The world’s biggest soft drink maker said Thursday it will start doing business in the country as soon as the U.S. government issues a license allowing American companies to make such investments. But Franklin had to hit the road for a performance Saturday in Greenwich, Conn. “They were driving up Friday and it started really hurting so they made a pit stop,” Jordan said. X-rays taken at an Indianapolis hospital revealed the fracture. “She said ‘Thank God it wasn’t my pedal foot for the piano!'” Jordan said. The Grammy-winning songstress plays the piano during her performances, using her right foot on the instrument’s pedals. Wearing a blue, plastic hospital boot – with a wooden sole, Franklin performed Saturday in Greenwich and is scheduled to appear Tuesday night at the Wolf Trap near Vienna, Va. “She wears a designer shoe on the other foot,” Jordan said. “She’s standing and dancing. She’s wearing gowns and you can’t really see her feet until she sits at the piano.”...
