Updated 12:32 p.m. ET (CBS/AP) At least six security checkpoints in Egypt along the border with Israel were attacked Tuesday, just two days after 16 Egyptian soldiers were killed in similar attacks, according to Egyptian media. State-run media reports 20 people were killed after the Egyptian military launched an aerial assault on the attackers, according to Reuters. Egyptian security officials and 룰렛이벤트 residents say Egyptian military attack helicopters fired missiles on suspected Islamic militants. Security officials say it is the first time that the army has fired missiles in Sinai since Egypt’s 1973 war with Israel, which was an attempt to recapture the Sinai Peninsula. Security officials tell The Associated Press that they launched the missile attack just hours after three security checkpoints were attacked by suspected Islamic militants in North Sinai’s main city of El-Arish, some 31 miles from the Gaza-Israel border. Officials say six people were wounded in the attacks — among them a military officer, two soldiers, two policemen and a civilian whose condition is critical. If you tend to keep to a regular sleep schedule during the week, but then turn into a late-night party animal on the weekends, you may be risking your health, new research suggests. Sleep experts call this sleep pattern “social jet lag,” a mismatch between your body’s biological clock and your actual sleep pattern due to social activities. In the new study, researchers found the pattern is linked with heart disease, depression and other problems. The researchers evaluated nearly 1,000 adults, ages 22 to 60, asking about their sleep duration and sleep quality on weekdays and weekends. They also asked about any insomnia and about their general health. “With social jet lag, you are more likely to have heart disease, to feel fatigued, to feel tired and to have a worse mood,” said study lead author Sierra Forbush, a research assistant at the University of Arizona. With every one hour that sleep is shifted, the researchers found, you are about 11 percent more likely to have heart disease, as diagnosed by a doctor, the study found.
