Bernard Parker says Kaizer Chiefs need to make sure that they’re sharper in front of goal when they take on Raja Casablanca in Morocco this weekend.
The Amakhosi will attempt to recover from their 1-0 home defeat when they meet the Moroccan giants Roma Fußballtrikot in Casablanca on Sunday evening, and Parker thinks that the international break may have done his side good.
Stuart Baxter’s side had four players missing on international duty in the build-up to this weekend’s clash, however Itumeleng Khune, Brilliant Khuzwayo, Erick Mathoho and Mandla Masango will return to training this week.
Baxter’s side beat Highlands Park in a friendly game this weekend and will be hoping to up the tempo in training over the next few days as they plot Raja’s downfall.
Speaking to Chiefs’ Napoli Fußballtrikot official website, Parker said, “The Fifa-break has done us good. The break was good to refresh ourselves, especially mentally. It has cleared the clouds above our heads.
Chiefs take on Raja at Stade Mohammed V Stadium at 21h00 (SA time) on Sunday.
