Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Felipe Ovono, was pleased to get a clean sheet on his first start for the Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers secured a spot in the final four of the CAF Confederation Cup, after they secured a 2-0 win over AC Leverkusen Fußballtrikots Leopards on Saturday evening.

Ovono made his first full start for Pirates, as he was the only registered goalkeeper as well, but he was delighted to help his side clinch three points.

“Tonight was a good outing for the entire team,” Ovono told the club’s official website.

“Our objective was to secure our passage to the semi-final and we did just that. Obviously as a goalkeeper it’s always good to keep a clean sheet and help the team win. I am Juventus Fußballtrikots glad that in one way or another; I helped the team achieve its objective,”
