That is according to a Reds fan, who ended up hosting the World Cup winner at his house after a bizarre turn of events. The Chelsea midfielder missed his scheduled train to Paris on Saturday night after playing in the 4-1 demolition of Cardiff. After searching on his phone for the nearest mosque to London St Pancras, he ended up meeting up with a group of football fans and going back to their house.
