(CBS) Cee Lo Green is sure of one thing about tonight’s episode of “The Voice” – when it comes to whom America will save, he’s not placing any bets. “It’s hard to say,” he told Celebrity Circuit when asked who will be saved – and who is going home – from his team tonight. “There were some surprises last week. Anything can happen.” The singer/TV personality also touched on the difficulty of acting as both mentor and judge on the show. “It is hard, because you get emotionally attached,” he said of the singers on his team.  One of the performers on Green’s team will be “saved” tonight by America’s votes, and Green will be able to save another – leaving the remaining two to be sent home. The same will happen with Adam Levine’s team (Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton made their cuts last week). Green is also appearing in Absolut’s “Cee Lo Distilled,” a documentary that takes a behind-the-scenes look at a day in his life (you can watch the trailer here), and has his own show on Fuse, “Talking to Strangers.” “It’s an intimate gathering, a one-on-one,” he said of the interview and performance show, which premieres tomorrow night at 11 p.m. EDT. Updated 5:44 p.m. ET (CBS/AP) CAIRO – Egypt’s highest court on Thursday ordered the country’s Islamist-dominated parliament dissolved and ruled that the last prime minister to serve under Hosni Mubarak could stay in the presidential race, twin blows to the Muslim Brotherhood that could sweep away its political gains since Mubarak’s ouster 16 months ago. The rulings by the Supreme Constitutional Court, whose judges are Mubarak appointees, escalated the power struggle between the Brotherhood and the military, which stepped in to rule after Mubarak’s fall. The decisions tip the contest dramatically in favor of the ruling generals, robbing the Brotherhood of its power base in parliament and boosting Ahmad Shafiq, the former Mubarak prime minister who many see as the military’s favorite in the presidential contest against the Brotherhood’s candidate. Senior Muslim Brotherhood leader and lawmaker Mohammed el-Beltagy said the rulings amounted to a “full-fledged coup.” “This is the Egypt that Shafiq and the military council want and which I will not accept no matter how dear the price is,” he wrote on his Facebook page. (CBS/AP) NEW YORK – New York City police are investigating the death of a stagehand on the Broadway musical “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” Police say they responded to a report of a 29-year-old male in cardiac arrest just before 8 p.m. Wednesday. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. His name was not released. According to the New York Times, police say the man suffered a drug overdose backstage. Two announcements were made telling audience members the show would be delayed, first at 8:20 p.m. and again at 8:50, the Times reports. (CBS/AP) WASHINGTON – The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled against the estate of Anna Nicole Smith in its fight to capture some of the $1.6 billion estate left behind by her late Texas billionaire husband. The high court on Thursday ruled that a bankruptcy court’s decision to give the now-deceased actress, model and Playboy Playmate $475 million from the estate of oil tycoon J.
