Welcome to Bulbapedia, Emeraldben!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

Be nice to everyone. It’s in the code of conduct.

Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they’re perfect the first time around.

Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.

Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.

You can’t create a userpage until you’ve added to the encyclopedia. It’s a privilege. See the userspace policy.

Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don’t “edit war,” or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.

If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won’t bite.

Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.

For more handy links, see the welcome portal.

Thank you, and have a good time editing here!  P o L i 16:02, 29 April 2011 (UTC)

Give it a try. The preview button allows you to view your edit before submitting it. This way, you can make any necessary changes you notice without flooding the recent changes by editing the same page five times. Thanks. –P o L i 17:28, 29 April 2011 (UTC)

Old conversations

Please do not reply to convesations over 6 months old like you did on Talk:Emolga (Pokémon), thanks. XVuvuzela2010X 20:59, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

Talk Page Comments

Removing talk page comments, including the initial welcome template, is prohibited per Bulbapedia’s talk page policy. Please do not remove any comments in the future. If you wish to clean old comments away, you should archive your talk page instead. Thank you! —-Pokemaster97 21:02, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

Hey

I see you have been adding Pokémon that appeared in M14 in articles. 1. The Movie has already aired so you should put “This (Pokémon) made an appearance in M14” or something along those lines. 2. The Pokémon’s appearance was minor so it should go under the minor appearances section not major apperances section. Please keep this in mind when editing. Have a good day. –Pokemaster97 22:50, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Edit warring

I told you when I first reverted you to take it up with Kenji-girl. Now you’ve reverted me twice, which leads to an edit war. Don’t do it again please. Thank you. –P S Yライダー☮ 20:20, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

It was once actually, and btw is that ment to spell warning? just thought I’d let ya know 🙂 Emeraldben 20:33, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

You added it, I reverted, you added it back, I removed it, you added it back, I took it off again. You reverted me twice. And no, edit warring refers to a constant reversion or addition that was removed, but is constantly being added in, which leads to a block depending on how bad it is. –P S Yライダー☮ 20:38, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

Well I only did it once myself, my internet did go off and back on again, so it was probably the times it was pressed Emeraldben 20:40, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

General rule of thumb: if you bring something up on a talk page, you should wait for a response or at least 24 hours before you even consider doing anything. Werdnae (talk) 20:51, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

Signing

I’ve noticed you have been forgetting to sign quite often recently. Could you please make sure that you remember in future. Also, if you do forget to sign, you cannot go back and add your signature again like you did here, as per the signature policy. –SnorlaxMonster 13:04, 9 August 2011 (UTC)

Userpage

As noted at the top of the page, Userspace editing is currently restricted to one edit per day. You have broken this rule. Your page is locked from editing for a week. You should take this time to help out other parts of the site. We can’t be the best Pokemon wiki if we don’t keep adding information to our pages. — MAGNEDETH 23:03, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Well i wanted my userpage up and running, seeing as it would of been done by tonight, and if there were other pages I could help with I would but I can’t so, and It says on the Userspace policy that I get a warning first which I have not had, so cant you unlock it tomorrow and I start doing one a day? Emeraldben 23:09, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

You get a warning before your userspace editing rights are taken away. Consider this that warning – the time away from the userspace is much longer than a week if that happens. You can have one per day from when the protection expires, assuming you contribute to the mainspace. Also, you’d think that the note at the top of every single page on the wiki would be enough warning. Werdnae (talk) 23:25, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Ahhhhh ok then and yeah it says userspace didnt really think that was the same thing, dont see why they just cant say ‘userpage’ but alright whatever :Emeraldben 23:29, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Multiple accounts

You’re only allowed to have one account per person. Please choose which one you want to keep. Werdnae (talk) 00:29, 14 November 2011 (UTC)

This is my account but the other is my younger brothers.Emeraldben 18:53, 14 November 2011 (UTC)

Your younger brother has the same birth date as you, and the same name as you? Also, if that’s the case, why did you name the forums account that you submitted your staff application with “prinben”, and then say that your username is “emeraldben” in the form? Are you sure it’s your brother and not you? Because it realy doesn’t look like it. Werdnae (talk) 22:42, 14 November 2011 (UTC)

Were twins, his name is craig but I made the account hence my name and in the forums it would noy let me use my ’emeraldben’ name so I had to use his! Emeraldben 18:16, 15 November 2011 (UTC)

I don’t appreciate being lied to. There are several elements of your story which are either inconsistent or improbable. Pick which account you would like to keep. Werdnae (talk) 04:01, 16 November 2011 (UTC)

We equally don’t appreciate you creating more accounts. Your IceBen account has been indefinitely blocked, and your other two accounts have been blocked for the duration of one week. When the week blocks expire, we expect an answer to Werdnae’s question above. If you fail to comply, we will make the decision for you. – Kogoro – Talk to me – 11:47, 16 November 2011 (UTC)

CoroCoro magazine reveals early 2011 information on anime, games

The scan from CoroCoro

Scans of the magazine CoroCoro have once again been released. The scans contain information on both the games and the anime.

From Jan. 16 to Feb. 6, Zoroark with the move Bark Out will be given away both via the World Hobby Fair in Japan and over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. The move Bark Out can be learned by many Pokémon through the event-exclusive TM95 in Pokémon Black and White. However, the only way to obtain the said TM is through the Lock Capsule key item, which has not yet been released to players of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver worldwide.

Besides the distribution of Zoroark, the scans also reveal that Takeshi and Hikari, Satoshi’s companions in the Shin’ō region, will make appearances in a one-hour special to air on Feb. 3. The scan shows the former main cast members continuing their individual journeys after leaving Satoshi. Takeshi has met up with his brother Jirō, who in his last appearance was the Gym Leader of Nibi Gym, as he continues on his quest to become a Pokémon doctor. Hikari, on the other hand, is shown with her Pokémon in Yosuga City with her Hinoarashi already evolved into Magmarashi, much like Satoshi’s Hinoarashi, who evolved prior to the start of the Suzuran Conference.

Satoshi’s other traveling companions, Kasumi and Haruka have had similar treatment following their departures: they each returned for a set of episodes. Coincidentally, like Hikari, their Pokémon evolved or were shown to have evolved when they briefly returned. Unlike them, however, Satoshi will not be appearing in the upcoming episodes featuring Takeshi and Hikari.

CoroCoro also revealed the air date of Victini and the Black Hero, with the movie being released on July 16th, 2011. This makes it yet another movie to be released during the month of July. Two known events will take place to coincide with the release of the movie.

No mention of the Distributions

I have a problem with the Article Title not having anything to do with the distributions in it. I guess that’s why I was confused when the articles were combind. They’re different, though related, stories. Why combind them?–Purimpopoie 03:03, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Feb 5th

Where does the fifth come from? Pokémon.com makes no mention of an exact date. –HoennMaster 04:55, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
