You can’t have more than 1 card with the same name in your deck. If a card would go to the discard pile, put it in the Lost Zone instead.
Reveal cards from the top of your deck until you reveal a Supporter card. Put it into your hand. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck.
Do Nothing
At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.
You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
Release information
This card was included in the Dark Explorers expansion, first released in the Japanese Reshiram-EX and Zekrom-EX Battle Strength Decks. It was reprinted in the Japanese Master Deck Build Box EX. It was reprinted in the Plasma Storm expansion, first released in the Japanese Plasma Gale expansion, as an Ultra-Rare Secret card. In Japan, it was reprinted again in the Black Kyurem-EX and White Kyurem-EX Battle Strength Decks and the Blastoise + Kyurem-EX Combo Deck.
It was reprinted again with new artwork by Toyste Beach in the Fates Collide expansion, first released in the Japanese M Audino-EX Mega Battle Deck.

Origin
The Random Receiver has similarities to the Xtransceiver, a communication device in the Pokémon games. The prints released during the Black & White Series feature Professor Juniper, while those released during the XY BREAK Series feature Professor Sycamore, the regional professors of their respective generations.

This card was included as both a Regular and a Full Art card in the Noble Victories expansion, first released in the Japanese Red Collection. Each features different artwork by 5ban Graphics. It was later reprinted as one of the BW-P Promotional cards released alongside the Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus in Japan. This print was included in the English V for Victini Tin as one of the BW Black Star Promos, released on December 5, 2011.
The BW-P promotional print was also included in various different promotional boxes in different European languages: a Noble Victories box for Italy, an Emerging Powers box for ポケットモンスター サン ポケモン; تحميل ميديا بلاير كلاسيك 2015 monstermmorpg, Germany, and a Next Destinies box for France.
The original Regular print was later reprinted in Japan as part of the Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. It was later reprinted with different artwork by Tomokazu Komiya in the English Legendary Treasures expansion, originating from the Japanese EX Battle Boost. A Non Holo version of this print was included in the Battle Arena Decks: Rayquaza vs Keldeo.
