Cardiff City have announced the signing of Norway midfielder Magnus Wolff Eikrem from Heerenveen for an undisclosed fee.

He signed for Eredivisie side Heerenveen on a four-year deal last summer but has now been reunited with Solskjaer maglia Everton bambini in South Wales.

Heerenveen issued a statement on their official website expressing disappointment at losing the player.

It read: “Heerenveen regrets the departure of Manus Eikrem after six months, but the Norwegian was recently given permission to hold talks with Cardiff City after having indicated that he wanted to go for the good of his career.
