(CBS/AP) ROCHESTER, N.Y. Alec Baldwin’s antics aboard an American Airlines flight have gotten him grounded as a spokesman for a New York-based supermarket chain.

A spokeswoman for Wegmans Food Markets tells Rochester media outlets that the company pulled television ads featuring Baldwin after some customers complained about his behavior that resulted in his being booted from a Dec. 6 flight at Los Angeles International Airport.

Baldwin was removed from the New York-bound plane for refusing to turn off his phone.

The TV spots were filmed for the 2010 holiday season. The commercials were supposed to run again for 경상북도출장업소 three weeks last month but were pulled a week early after Baldwin’s airline dustup.

Baldwin was hired for the ads after he mentioned that his mother, who lives in the Syracuse area, is a loyal Wegmans customer.

Baldwin, meanwhile, is gearing up for a busy 2012.

The new season of “30 Rock” returns on Jan. 12. The show left off with Baldwin’s character, Jack Donaghy, finding out that his journalist wife Avery (Elizabeth Banks), had been kidnapped by dictator Kim Jong Il while on assignment in North Korea.

“30 Rock” producer Robert Carlock told Us Weekly the show’s producers plan to address the recent death of Kim Jong II in an upcoming episode.

And on Feb. 4, Baldwin will host a Super Bowl eve special dubbed “NFL Honors” on NBC.
