(CBS/AP) LONDON – British police say there has been a slight mix-up ahead of an inquest into the death of Amy Winehouse.

Scotland Yard said Tuesday that “material relating to a forthcoming inquest” into the soul diva’s death was delivered to an incorrect address.

Officials declined to elaborate on the nature of the material but said it has been recovered. Inquiries are ongoing into how it ended up in the wrong place.

According to BBC News, the file is thought to outline the circumstances of how Winehouse died, and was meant to be sent to her family. It was handed in to a police station in north London.

Police said the mix-up will not delay the reopening Wednesday of the inquest into the singer’s death.

Winehouse, 실시간 축구 who had fought drug and alcohol problems for years, was found dead in bed at her London home on July 23 at age 27.

An initial autopsy proved inconclusive. The inquest was previously adjourned with no cause of death.
