(CBS) Actresses Rooney Mara, Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska and Jennifer Lawrence – dressed in Old Hollywood style – grace the March cover of Vanity Fair for its 18th annual Hollywood issue.

The cover features the fresh young stars of 2012, all in pastel satin gowns that are evocative of the ’20s and ’30s, and was shot by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino.

Wasikowska, who stars in “Albert Nobbs,” made her second Hollywood issue appearance and fans get to see Lawrence, who will star in the highly-anticipated “The Hunger Games,” and Mara, who played hardcore hacker Lisbeth Salander, all glammed up.

Cover girls Mara and Chastain have both received Academy Award nominations for “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” and “The Help,” respectively.

In the magazine’s Q&A, Chastain divulged that even she gets starstruck.

“Every time I meet a famous person I am such a geek,” she told the magazine.

Chastain went on to describe meeting Meryl Streep for the first time, 의왕출장만남 when Chastain had just finished a play in New York and spotted Streep in the lobby of the theater. “I asked my friends, ‘Is that Meryl Streep?’ And as I said it she turned around and started walking towards me,” describes Chastain. “That’s kind of when everything kind of got foggy and I stopped really functioning.”

After she shook Chastain’s hand and said “beautiful things” about Chastian’s play and her performance. “All I did was… I held her hand and said, ‘Thank you it means so much to me that you came, okay, bye.’ And I walked away.”

Other actresses featured on the magazine cover include indie it-girl Elizabeth Olsen of “Martha Marcy May Marlene,” Adepero Oduye of “Pariah,” Shailene Woodley of “The Descendants,” Paula Patton of “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,” Felicity Jones of “Like Crazy,” Lily Collins of “Abduction” and Brit Marling of “Another Earth.”
