Pokémon world locations

The Pyrite Bldg (Japanese: パイラのビル Pyra Building) is a building in actually made up of two distinct parts. The first section is a rotting, run-down warehouse to the northeast of Pyrite Town. Inside the warehouse, there’s also an elevator that will take riders down into The Under. It is a fairly easy place to navigate around, but the large number of guards makes progression difficult.

The top of the warehouse connects to the entrance of Pyrite Cave, an abandoned coal mine where most of Miror B.’s force hides.

In Pokémon XD, the building has become the headquarters of ONBS.

I was going to add a picture of the letter, that picture in the article is actually the old card. For some reason, I can’t edit the page anymore. –Nathan2055 20:42, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

That is because regular users don’t have the power to edit already mainspaced articles. If you want, I can add it for you 🙂 ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 20:51, 17 June 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about the wait, I was busy yesterday. I scanned the letter I got and uploaded it to the archives at http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Beckett_newletter.jpg. If it’s OK, could you change the feature photo to this, and use the caption “Beckett’s letter to subscribers”. Then please change the thumbnail code to [[File:Beckett newletter.jpg|thumb|Beckett included this letter with this month’s issue of Beckett Fun Online Games that was sent to subscribers of Beckett Game Strategyst.]]. Thank you very much! –Nathan2055talk 17:19, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

Added. –SnorlaxMonster 17:44, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

Strategyst

Shouldn’t it say Strategist? Bluesun 05:57, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

The magazine’s name was ‘Strategyst’, even though the correct spelling would be ‘Strategist’. See this letter. –SnorlaxMonster 07:48, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

Ah. All the text mentions being ‘Strategist’ made me think there was just one mistake in the title, rather than multiple in the text. Thanks for fixing it the other way then. Bluesun 09:49, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

Fewer

That last sentence should have a ‘fewer’ instead of a ‘less’. Colintron 14:46, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

I think you’re right. Could you please edit that, Adyniz? –Nathan2055talk 17:28, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

I had actually already fixed this. –SnorlaxMonster 17:44, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

“The Lawsuit”?

Uh, I think Beckett cancelled the magazines because of the economy. Why else would they lose a lot of possible revenue by merging magazines. Besides, Beckett actually moved Unofficial Collector to a bi-monthly subscription, according to the editorial in the final issue. That likely means Beckett was losing money in the economy. –Nathan2055talk 17:25, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

It was the same justification we used on the last article. They couldn’t keep they’re Pokémon Unofficial Collector going due to the lawsuit, so they merged it with other magazines. –SnorlaxMonster 17:44, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

Yeah. Most likely both of these things are true, I guess the lawsuit caused most of the problems though. –Nathan2055talk 19:57, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

About me

If you are trying to contact me, use my talk page, not this page, since I look at my talk page more often (though admittedly, still rarely).

I am not very good at formatting/wikicode. I can do simple stuff like bold, italics, and even hyperlinks, but definitely not informational tables or graphics. If I’m forced to use either, I usually copy and paste a suitable table or graphic from somewhere else and then edit as needed (or as I can figure out how, generally a smaller category).

Related to the above point, I generally adhere to the “info first, formatting later” formula. I try my best to use the correct formatting, but even so, the results tend to be less than ideal. I would like to offer my thanks and apologies in advance to whoever ends up fixing my mistakes.

Strange pokemon online oficial Location

Route 215 rains all the time, but you can still find geodude and ponyta in this location. Rock types hate water and fire types are weakened by rain so I can’t understand why they would be placed in this location. Am I the only one that thinks this is strange? – unsigned comment from Darkcloud1111 (talk • contribs)

It is a bit strange, but I don’t think this is the right place to discuss this. I would say the forums, but it’s a pretty minimal topic… Oh, and remember to sign your comments with ~~~~. 🙂 – s.Combusken 01:25, 5 August 2008 (UTC)

Only One Zinc In Pokémon Diamond/Pearl?

The Zinc where the biggest grass patch is there but the other one past Jogger Scott I can’t find anywhere! Was this item confused with Pokémon Platinum or just doesn’t exist where this article describes it is? –Wildgoosespeeder 03:44, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
